The campsite will occupy a surface of 116,880sq m, on which 267 plots are to be built, with an average of 135sq m each, for bungalows and mobile homes.
All the plots will have electricity, natural gas, 2 water connections (one with water for human consumption and the other with water supplied by the irrigation system). In addition, the entire campsite will have wireless Internet connection.

The campsite will also have other areas, such as:

• A free camping area of 11,747sq m
• A multiple accommodation area of 812sq m
• A sports area with tennis courts and a sports complex of 6,510sq m
• A pool and children's play area of 7,104sq m

In addition, leisure areas with woodlands and paths running through them will be created, occupying an area of 38,874sq m, including a strip around the perimeter of the whole premises, with a width of more than 3m.

There will be 4 parking areas on the premises, with spaces for 285 vehicles. Permission will be sought to build a boat landing on the lake, for practising water sports such as rowing.
